he’s basically saying if you know all the details then say it. Whether they were blocked from the one piece or not he doesn’t understand the complete story and doesn’t understand why the remaining people who do know (Roger pirates) won’t just flat out speak up

That would be Uranus imo.
The god it’s named after physically shaped the earth by shoving monsters into its depths, I’m imagining Uranus may be similar where when it fires on a location, the seafloor on the exact other side of the world rises up creating a new island and because new landmass is inside of the sea, causes the sea level to rise.

This was how the sea level grew 200 meters, because it was used almost that many times to create the red line.
