🤣 I'm just saying up until the casual genocide a few days ago the world government wasn't to bad

Besides the whole slavery and taxation thing

So far yeah I think the only admiral that might be loyal to a fault is Akainu because of the whole Dog thing but if written well fierce loyalty can still be great character

Greenbull~ I wouldn't say I'd 100% loyal to wg but he's an Akainu Simp so long as Akainu is loyal, he'll be loyal
If Akainu turns against the upper echelon of the WG, I'm not sure Greenbull would follow. After all, Greenbull has been portrayed more to be exactly like the Celestial Dragons with his over-the-top, "you have no human rights!" type lines.

Akainu is not like that, in principle he wants to protect the common people from pirates, or maybe more accurately his sole goal is to eradicate piracy. He's been blinded in that pursuit, and now he's waking up to the reality that there's an equally if not bigger evil going on right under his nose. All this while he's been stuck to his desk, clearly having wanted to get out into the fields himself, which he's definitely going to do now.

That's my take at the moment at least, maybe I'm totally wrong. :milaugh:

Although Vegapunk hasn't confirmed this, I just realized that what's probably pissing Akainu at the moment besides the WG having kept him in the dark all this time is the fact that he's expecting Vegapunk to reveal that the govt. were the perpetrators behind the destruction of Lulusia.

He's the type who would be fine with genocide as long as there's an "evil" tag plastered with it, but there really was no reason for Lulusia's destruction besides it simply being Imu's wish to test the weapon.

I don’t get why people think admirals are going to betray the WG now; Punk basically said a pirate could’ve done it then named a group of pirates who knew about these ancient weapons but did nothing.

The only question is who the WG is going to put the blame on.
Blackbeard - The man who’s been making moves for two years
Luffy - The man who has the demon of ohara on his crew so can read the poneglyphs
Buggy - The ex Roger pirate the marines now think knows the true history

Id put shanks, but they’d never blame their snitch.

Because akainu was never on board with the WG in the first place

They were rebelling against the WG. They were “evil” by his metric
Post automatically merged:

Will Vegapunk tell the rest of the history or will the transmission be cut off? If it's cut off will the WG hunt down Ray and Crocus like they did O'Hara?

It's also funny how Ray doesn't want Vegapunk to spoil the history, when he was ready to give up the location of the OP
Vegapunk already said he doesn’t know much
