Sanji is stronger than zoro
They are NOT rivals

A lot of character go white eyed and aren’t knocked out. Naw it’s trash for Sanji placement and a plethora of other reasons:

1. No shirk to high
2. Mihawk to high
3 Sanji to high
4. Queen to high
5. Sabo to low
6. Marco to low
7. Garp to low
8. Magellan to high

The list is ass. What makes Nosjuro standout from the other Gorosei? Because he has a sword? Indirect Zoro meat riding.

It's even worse for Zoro since Apoo is a weakling, whereas it makes sense for a top-tier Gorosei to harm a high-tier like Sanji
