No, no it really doesn’t
Zoro or anyone doesn’t have to say out loud he’s using armament or observation haki to use it. It’s like saying invisible armament is useless because zoro isn’t saying he’s using it lol
Most fighters that have haki use it when they fight it’s pretty simple
Future sight is extremely rare
Same with penetrative armament
So is conquerors infusion while ironically being the most common so far
Also Kizaru relies on his defense to handle attacks
The one with future sight comfortably wins

Obsrevation Haki is shown to us when used.
Same goes for Armanent and conqueror.
Invisible haki is simply nitpicking giving benefit of doubt.
Everything you posted above is irrelevant.
Every fuckin time FS was used it was shown to us. Every fuckin time Observation haki was used it was shown to us. Some character are inherit quick and good at Dodging like Pre time skip Monster trio.
No future sight Kaido was completely pinned in place by Snakeman's attacks barely able to perceive where the punches were even coming from.
Future sight Kaido outright blitzed his way past that same move without getting touched and caught Luffy before he could do anything about it.
The ability is a massive boost to a fighter's overall combat speed. That's been pretty clear since the Katakuri fight. That said, similar to regular CoO, one needs to have the necessary physical movement speed to actually make something of the advantage (see the Gorgon sisters fight and Luffy's reaction to Thunder Bagua on the rooftop). At the end of the day, what matters is the overall combat speed people are showing on panel. Focusing exclusively on whether or not one has FS makes you ignore every other aspect that comes into play when people successfully dodge, block, counterattack and pressure their opponent.

Like luffy zoro sanji and everyone else can use haki without saying they are lol. If they’re fighting they’re most likely using it. Do you really need to be told zoro and sanji also used haki to break the pacifista out of the timeskip or to hit a logia or cut steel
