Not through training according to Rayleigh I guess its through instinct or just force or use. He learned to Imbue himself with CoA so what he did was simply control his CoC and send it to his Body.

Coc is correlated to a person's individual strength. So they can't train their coc to get stronger but they can train themselves to get stronger which in return increases their coc
