Zoro vs Hyozou and Zoro vs Monet also took many chapters. Chapters don't represent manga time. Sometime 2 years can be skipped in one chapter. Some times 5 minutes can take 2 chapters.

What matters is that Zoro dodged Luccis fastest attack and turned him into a zombie with one casual named attack.

Luffy went all out, used Joy Boys sperm, warped the ground, used 3 named attacks, used distraction and full force yet Lucci was barely even phased and ready for more.
