I don't see Zoro beating G5 at all

But his other forms Zoro does have a legitimate chance of beating

No because Zoro on average Hits Harder than Bound Man and Moves Faster than Snake Man and his CoC is Worst Case Equal to Luffy.

He needs Gear 5th to be competitive. Even if you argue Zoro hasn't shown Bajrang Gun level attack, it is already confirmed this is superior to Ashura so lets say this equals Oden's Attack

Then How Strong is Full Power 3000 World He used on Pica?
How Strong is King of Hell Ashura?

Zoro only defeated King when he turned off his gimmick lmao.

No sky split from Zoro even though he had the opportunity to do it, clearly Oda just doesn't think he's at that level yet and there's no shame in that, Zoro will have to wait till EOS.

I fucking love egghead because Oda is pretty clear with exposing Sanji as Mid Trio Fodder he is that isn't even worth a top tier's attention. Get tossed to side by Bite from Gandhi, Get one kicked by Kizaru and literally stared diffed by Saturn. And man has literally been given worse treatment than Franky, or at best equal.

He also established Zoro as a lot more competent than Luffy in both Lucci battle and Gorosei encounters.
I literally couldn't have asked for a better Arc.
