Why does Zoro fans always love to downplay Zoro's opponents?
First King. You guys thought fighting Kaido in Rooftop or ZKK is better than 1vs1 King below Rooftop. Then King proved himself to be even more durable than Kaido.
Then Lucci. You guys thought fighting Lucci is waste of time, while actually without Zoro stopping him, Lucci would keep one shotting characters left and right like high tier Sentomaru and Stussy, while so called Top Tiers like Kizaru and Saturn never really one shotting anyone not even grandpa Vegapunk.
Then Shiryu. You guys thinking Shiryu is just another invisible gimmick, aside that he is trash. Below Aokiji. While soon you will learn Oda protects Blackbeard from Zoro, by putting Shiryu in middle of them.

He was already Magellan's equal before timeskip. During timeskip we know Blackbeard Pirates got stronger just like the Straw Hats but thing is Shiryu left timeskip without Suke Suke so we know his timeskip power up is not about Suke Suke: it is about Haki, and look at Luffy and Zoro's growth with haki power up.
Now add Suke Suke no Mi and Blackbeard has exact reason why he picked that fruit while skipping the likes of Marco and Jozu's fruit. He will be at least Mid Top Tier.

Well like you said Yonko level is a spectrum, Mihawk is on the higher end of it but so is Kaido and Shanks. I think Mihawk is stronger then Shanks but not by much. And also we are nearing the end of the series, I think Zoro as he is right now pushes Mihawk to high diff. He will need something else to make it an extreme diff fight and then he will grow mid fight and beat Mihawk.

But who wins between Mihawk and Roger according to you?
I honestly think Whitebeard >= Mihawk >= Roger.

-Lunarian powers
-Giant genes such as Big Mom
-Other durability buffs granted by some Paramecias and Logias

Zoro doesn't have any of that, he's just a regular human and takes damage from ordinary things when caught off-guard.
