That only works if non-town players control the narrative. Failed investigations, redirections, blocking players outside their faction from performing things, etc...All scum has to do is confuse town and control info, not hoard it. Also do think its weird imo that CoC is town when the last phase as well they were seen as lynch and widely read as scum.
