Yes. And much more, too bad Oda decided to drop Luffy's battle IQ all of a sudden.

Luffy was very good in fights with the little he had and overcame stronger opponents. Now when he's suddenly on top in terms of abilities and options he is nerfed. Even Bonney surpasses him in terms of creativity since she copied his Nika form.

Having Nika's powers is not enough to be a top tier. It's much scarier to think about how many possibilities Bonney's power can reach, but this would open a discussion that could have been done even before this chapter. Paradoxically, she can do many more things than Nika/Luffy can. Obviously, Oda doesn't care about all this.
