Oda raised with Zoro the ceiling waaay too high for him to handle so he minimizes his screentime + adds to Luffys sooo much more assets and Plots in hope for Luffy to overshine Zoro but it only backfires. He made Luffy a cringe retard who laughs and eats while People die. Luffys Charachter peaked in Ennies Lobby. Post Ts Luffy is especially since G5 is disgustingly trash
