Ignoring jokes and agendas, I don't actually think all Five Elders equal Kaido.

I still have Kaido above Saturn, Ju Peter, and maybe Mars.

Only Warcury and Nusjuro I truly believe are above Kaido.

Although I might push a Mars>Kaido agenda just for fun.

But do believe all Five Elders have better haki than both Kaido and Big Mom.
