tbh i really liked orochi he was a brilliant character he was smart yet a coward he was a perfect mix of wapol spandam and crocodile and doflamingo bet if he had a badass design people would love him

What i want to say is, maybe Oda preparing an "Awakened" mythical zoan DF with using Orochi as the weakest Mythical Zoans user.
So we can see how menacing will be Marco and Kaido in their awakened mythical zoan DF.

We still need to see a Mythical Zoan DF awakening from Orochi, before we see from Marco and Kaido.

Not sure if he can awake, Doflamingo is way more potent than Orochi. Not that this excluded the chance of course however. 🤔

I'd take rebirth or the Black Flames.

I had a theory that Marco's awakening would be around his Flame Colors.
His current one is healing so I theorized that he's still in possession of offensive and defensive flames however it sounds xD.

the guard prisoners in impel down already reach their awakened stage, so maybe zoan DF awakened stage is easier than Paramecia DF/Logia DF.

Yep, Law is gonna save Momo, and Scabbards know it. Jinbe also said they have to wait for Samurai to save Momo.

Also, now that I read it again I'm not sure we'll see the fall of Kaido anytime soon, he was talking of some long-game stuff, if his plans leak to the outside world it would be the perfect excuse for top tier players to visit Wano (ie marines, cp0, BB...)
And if Orochi is dead I could see his men fighting on Luffy's side temporarily, just to avoid joining Kaido...
