Robin using haki during her demon form would have been perfect with no asspull. She was already knowledgeable about haki from the beginning unlike other non haki users strawhats. She was trained by RA that have many haki users. The reason she only unlocked it during that fight could have been perfectly explained with her finally forming a strong willpower (to protect the SH and become a demon if that is what it takes). IMO Robin lacking strong willpower due to her personality that we know would have been a good reason why she didn’t have haki even if she knows everything about it from reading and learning.
That giant demon form was way stronger than the giant clone she made before it and failed. The only apparent difference between the two is one drawn in black and stronger. It’s like Oda was planning for this idea then gave it up during shading.
Whitebeard Pirates had only WB as a CoC user when Oden left or before Oden arrived and noone else and they were Rivals to Roger Pirates... its not about CoC Users. Noone in the Strawhats getting CoC now would make sense Luffy and Zoro will be the only CoC Users till EOS from the current Crew
Having more CoC user is not how you surpass a crew.
Whitebeard , Kaidou , Bigmam , all were concernced of 1 thing. Not many " Conqueror " .
Or there will be rebellion. One or two is enough.
Even Roger had two only and oden temporarily like luffy will get Yamato.
It’s possible but probably not anymore; like the chances are less than 10%. We’re literally in endgame, Oda has shown that SHs can beat haki users no problem through flying 6 and VAs. Oda will highlight their abilities instead (df, technology).
