Zori could have sensed Kitetsu from a distance easily. Clashing wasn't important to make zori realise that lmao.

It makes a lot more sense if you assume Shanks was serious and divine departure was one of his strongest moves.

This is backed up by the fact that he was sweating after using FS, and the fact that Kid was also using his strongest moves against the RHP.

Shanks did to Kid with DD, what Kid was going to do to the RHP with DP.

If Kaido used yamantaka thunder bagua on the roof or if BM coated Misery in ACoC, they might have also been able to one shot Kid. But Oda intentionally made them underestimate their enemies so the allies could win.

We don’t know what tier of attack DD is though, it’s most likely a mid-tier move or signature move like thunder bagua.

The fact that Kuzan has his own agenda with the BBPs to the point where he took down Garp means he has his solid conviction. If anything, I’d say Kuzan is even more goal driven now than he was in the navy, the only reason he took action for the fleet admiral position was because of Akainu

Which is probably not the case. If Shanks is going to fight Luffy Oda will not show off one of his strongest attacks right away. This is like saying Bolo breath is one of Kaido’s strongest attack, or Thunder Bagua
