I đight get torn on this but I'd say Daemon Targaryen - wanked by Martin constantly and stated to be his favorite, "too cool for school" type of character, amazing at every badass thing a man can try to do
Daemon is far from being someone who would sacrifice for the greater good the way Itachi did.
But yea, he is GRRM's favourite Targaryen ever.
In the story, I would say Jaime. A genius Knight, who gives up his honor for the sake of the greater good & continues to do horrible things to stay close & protect the people he loves.
That "send em flying" stuff aint going to cut it for the Gorosei and last battle. We better get some actual killing and dying because you cant have them just get beat up and left around in the One Piece world.
