Kaido and Teach are 100% goners before the epilogue. Kaido's wish is basically to RIP, his apparent immortality and the fact he survived every execution method, sank nine prison warships and escaped from the Yonko/Marines means the only narrative way to stop him is none other than death.
Teach on the other hand is doomed no matter what. He is simply naturally evil just look at how he's hysterically laughing while saying he will sink everything with Gura. Main enemy of Luffy, caused Marineford, brutally murdered WB and is a replica of Xebec. He also suffers from insomnia. "a man's dream never ends" arguably foreshadowes his death when Luffy said snow island natives die if they sleep, meaning that the only way to stop Teach's dream (basically fking and ruling the whole world in his age of darkness using the Ancient Weapons) is by making him sleep forever = sending him to the afterlife.
Sakazuki 90-100%. If there's no change of heart and ideology he dies alongside his absolute justice when the World Government meets its end. He legit has a small chance to survive if he's secretly leading SWORD for a rebellion though.
Big Mom 50%. Depends on her birthday plot twist. If she reverts back to her innocent personality "permanently" she could possibly survive, otherwise dead like the remaining Rocks Pirates.
Shanks 50%. Same with Meme, depending on where Oda intends for the Teach/Shanks/WG lore to head.
Kizaru/Ryokugyu 50%. Depends on who they fight and how they get defeated. Unlikely though.
Fujitora 0-10%. Highly unlikely since it seems he would lead the new gen marine as the new Fleet Admiral after taking down the WG.
Mihawk 0-10%. I think he will survive the final war and duel Zoro in the epilogue.
Dragon 0-10%. Makes no sense for him to kick the bucket before the epilogue, he's seemingly the/one of the new founders of whatever Levely system that takes control of the world's politics affairs after dethroning the World Nobles. I see him, Cobra, King Riku, Neptune and the other 170 kings leading the new system for the following decades in peace.
