actually it is reflected in the canon material and oda statement he moved so fast he turned invisible a yonko commanders who is relative to king ( and had no issue keeping track of Marco ) couldn't keep track of him Sanji is far faster then Zoro or speed mode king any claim otherwise is just downplay of Sanji because they cant stand to accept that Sanji and Zoro are close in strength and always have been they refuse to accept that the feats portrayal and narrative supports it that they because they think that sanji took an L to doffys while Zoro didnt have any tough fights till wano is somehow relevant when Zoro wouldn't have done better against doffys.
but eye diff ( Saturn paralyzed Sanji with some technique after hitting him with a eye attack which hurt g5 Luffy) or but Venus bit Sanji ( is not relevant to comparing Zoro or Sanji oda being willing to put Sanji in these situations isn't relevant for oda always avoids having Zoro face people who would beat him unless the crew loses too.
