No it doesn't.

What this means is blak blades are made by storing haki in the blade. For that, the user needs to not be in fights much at all. To meditate and focus on filling the sword with haki, rather than using up haki in fights.

ie, mihawk was a bum hiding away and meditating to get a black blade. While shanks and Roger went out in to the world and fucked shit up bravely

from what i can see it looks like mzts was depressed and he saw worstgen as a safe place so he posted those thoughts here
