Saturn's only purpose is to get touched by Devon the lower member of Blackbeard Pirates, aka building up the Blackbeard Pirates
Other Gorosei's purpose is just to make them look as incompetent fool, to further confirm Blackbeard Pirates' status as EoS villain.
