They don't know what N.0 means in state terms 
Corruption holds us back in football (talking about our own FA here)
And lack of funding holds back every other sport. We have really promising and talented basketball players but the funding just isn't there. Handball is also pretty big here, as is futsal, volleyball, swimming but if people in charge don't see personal short-term profit there then you can forget any advancment.
That's why a lot of our talents choose to represent Croatia and Serbia mainly because they will have better chances at actually creating some results. Not that they don't have corruption, but their infrastructures are better at least
