Let's get it. I think both watson and Indigio probably need pressure tbh. How they navigated that early early game was too kind for my own liking. Motives unclear. Time to investigate the motives.

you tend to start out with a less confident read on me and allow yourself to feel it out a bit before solidifying a hard read. there's room for flexibility on your positions in general when you're town. as scum you're far more rigid and don't look too deeply into behavior

You know, it's funny but this, while probably accurate, actually takes me full circle. When I first started playing, all those years ago, my scum tell as it were was giving myself "wiggle room" in positions, that is, being overly flexible in my positions to allow me to cover myself off the back if them being wrong.

So I can see how and why you would come to this. I guess if I had one reservation, it would be that I didn't even have to flesh out said position, but all things considered I can buy this as a genuine thought process.

I'll be honest and say nothing has struck out to me so far, speaking about the game at large here, as scum. Which concerns me because it means I'm either way off the pace, or scum are mostly hiding and unreadable. What do you think of Indigo so far, and are there any slots you think I ought to be reconsidering so far?

Fair enough. To me I see that as him looking to engage with a fairly weak angle, if he's scum he would for example know if they have fake claims or not, so it feels a little manufactured and I think he's played enough to know it's not a reliable method to solving. But I fully accept your premise otherwise, as scum he tends to avoid trying to solve (though he did fool me pretty well for a long time in the wow game earlier in the year).
