i can understand the logic behind this. it's why i asked you to self-assess your competitiveness

i disagree overall with your take, though. it's a team effort for town. being able to come to a consensus and direction is crucial. you can't win unless you have a core of town reads that can assist you in crafting arguments for why XYZ should be the lynch, etc etc.
you're going to have a hard time staying motivated if you're in it solely for you.

the only exceptions where team work isn't involved are indies. i can only see your comment coming from a survivalist POV
