I know Lika glazers won't ever admit Kizaru's internal struggles that Oda shoves into their faces, because they know what that implies for Luffy.

Gear 5 put him at death's door several times over, and each time his opponent got up faster than he did. If it wasn't for the tonnes of food shoved down his throat and people constantly bailing him out, again, he would've died multiple times over. He lost all those fights, lmao.

Kizaru’s performance in egghead: -

- Gets stalled by luffy for a couple of chapters
- Gets one shoted
- Takes a quick nap
- Wakes up
- Tries to kill a half dead kuma and his 12yo daughter (holding back since he’s mentally nerfed of course)
- Gets put on his ass again after 1 punch
