So we had two different characters being compared to different aspects of Shanks' abilities.
Mihawk: Has his sword skill compared to Shanks
Joyboy: Has his Haki compared to Shanks

Meaning, Shanks' sword skill so far is second only to Mihawk, while Shanks' Haki so far is second only to Joyboy.

Wonder why Mihawk wasn't straight up called more powerful than Shanks or said to have Haki even greater than Shanks, instead referring to "sword skill".
