Besides, Carrot being mad at Perospero specifically for that is dumb since he had zero involvement in it. Bege was responsible for capturing Sanji while Linlin gave the order. She might as well have a personal vendetta with Cracker, Snack, Smoothie and the other 80+ Charlotte family if she is beefing with Pero over that.
And you can't whine about your buddy volunteering for a dangerous mission into hostile territory with a high chance of death and personally beefing with a security officer that stayed on his own home turf that survived your buddy's suicide attack.
Sir Perospero is an upstanding citizen of Tottoland that performs his duties with the up most responsibility. Letting them go would be treason against the nation for which he is a high ranking official.
