I enjoy the Sanji focus. Sucks for Franky, but Oda didn't really do well to establish him as that important this arc aside from some clutch moments.

I would've preferred if Oda built off Franky having improved at Vegapunk's old island and gotten time spent with him, but with Sanji having been the one protecting Vegapunk this arc, along with being the Warrior of Science (even if he doesn't like it, he still exists as a decent balance between science and passion) it makes sense for him to be the one to hear Vegapunk's hope in the Straw Hats (not to mention Sanji was a bit more important in clashes against Vegapunk's enemies).

As for Usopp, one can only hope that he gets some special attention in Elbalf to build off his dream, since he at least mentions it this chapter. If not, hopefully Sanji stays getting cool panels and important moments.
