.....This fight will be Shanks Vs. Mihawk (Red Hair Pirates Vs. Cross Guild)

This encounter will finally resolve the long-standing debate about who is stronger, given that they haven’t fought each other for 12 years.

▪︎ One Piece Bounty Rush will be release a new EX of Shanks this year.

▪︎ New Shanks and Cross Guild Vivre Card will be release on September 3, 2024.

What are your thoughts on the possibility of their fight taking place either later this year or in early 2025?🤔

It's likely gonna be SHP vs RHP

Cause the whole Barto flag burning thing needs to resolve. Usopp needs to confront his deadbeat clown of a dad. And condom needs to give the hat back to Shanks.

CG will only face SHP. And after elbaf.

Too Early for SHP Vs. RHP....

My prediction for their fight will be...

RHP VS. CG (Before or During Elbalf Arc)

SHP VS. CG (After Elbalf Arc)

As for RHP VS. SHP, it will be the Endgame battle.

If Oda chose to Hype that Fight then it's Bigger than:

Shanks vs Kid
BB vs Law or Hancock
Garp vs Aokiji
Lucci vs Luffy or Zoro
Luffy vs Kizaru
Gorosei vs Everyone
Koby Hype
Bonney Hype
... etc

So either it's a Duel that People were waiting for Years or it simply involves someone more Powerful than Yonko
Imo it's either Luffy vs Final Villain or a Fight between Two Yonko (Luffy, Shanks, BB, Mihawk)
Or maybe it's Dragon vs WG

These are only Possibilities imo

Most likely, it will be Shanks vs. Mihawk. Oda has known for so long that people are still debating who is stronger between these two. Perhaps Oda wants to address this now, especially as we are getting closer to the end of the series and many major battles involving big characters (Four Emperors, Revolutionary Army, and World Government) have yet to be shown.

Obviously, they will fight in Elbalf, as will Law. However, their fights won't be as hyped as those involving major endgame characters in One Piece, such as the Four Emperors, Revolutionary Army, Admirals, and Holy Knights.

Unless im misunderstanding your comment. Law will never fight kidd or luffy.

What hype is there left for the remaining fights? There are few characters that would still bring hype to a fight. Akainu, Imu are pretty much the only ones left with this aura.

Gorosei hype is done after egghead, admirals as well except Akainu.

What hype would there be for holy knights? Surely they're below yonko/gorosei...

The best bet has to be Shanks vs Blackbeard. Is the only long running pending battle that can lead to unexpected results with BB victory.
Shanks vs Mihawk, doesn't fit too much considering Oda's words. If it was about them, he should have said "finally, at last it will happen again" which doesn't make sense since both lost interest picking battles between them

You are not misunderstanding anything. Those three will be fighting each other in Elbaf.

'Akainu and Imu, the only ones left?' 'Gorosei hype is over?' 'No hype for the Holy Knights?' And you’re telling me Kid is more hype than these characters? Don’t be biased. If you ask many One Piece fans who they are looking forward to seeing fight in future chapters, Kid will not be on their list.

We already know that Kid is dumb but why would he fight against the guy who saved and helped him in Wano ?

Now that i think about it Oda had almost every Yonko take a shit on Kid except Luffy.
Maybe you are right and Oda will let them "fight" to embarrass him once again.

Didn't Shanks and Blackbeard fight before? Is that why Shanks has his scar?

In my understanding of the phrase, "And finally, at last it'll happen," Oda will "finally" resolve the debate between the two by having them fight again, which will be their "final showdown." When Oda says, "it may lead to unexpected results," he might be hinting that the "future" of the Cross Guild will be something fans won’t expect, based on the aftermath of Shanks and Mihawk's fight.

I don’t think a Red-Haired Pirates vs. Blackbeard Pirates battle will happen soon. You mentioned that Blackbeard would win if they fought now, but I disagree. There are still many things we don’t know about Shanks compared to Blackbeard, and Shanks is a more important character. Additionally, Blackbeard had difficulties fighting Law, so suggesting he could defeat Shanks—especially after Shanks easily defeated Eustass Kid—seems unlikely. Blackbeard would need a significant upgrade in strength and power to fight Shanks on equal terms. And if you think Blackbeard would cheat in their fight, I don’t believe that will happen. Shanks has fought Blackbeard before and is already aware of his strategies and schemes. If Blackbeard were to cheat, it would likely be in a fight with Luffy or Buggy, where they wouldn’t yet know his real power.
