Questions & Mysteries Are aliens' existence common knowledge in One Piece?

Kaku mentions him knowing something about space monsters, and Stussy doesn't seem to be surprised about it, not even enough to comment on its existence, is the existence of aliens public knowledge to the world governement and maybe to the entire one piece world, at least where there is enough reading material to cover that topic?

General public for sure, probably even world government. Maybe he refers to aliens in fantasy media as we would imagine them.
