Tbf pirates are almost never grounded as characters. Marines by there be their nature require a bit of work to explain why they joined up. They just naturally start at an advantage over pirate characters

I believe that in this case, Oda uses the term in the same way he does for Luffy, Ace, and Sabo. For example, Chapter 585 is titled "Brothers' Sakazuki," which in Japanese is "Kyōdai Sakazuki," and it's the chapter where those three become brothers.

盃の盃 = sakazuki no sakazuki = The sake cup set that is used for the "brotherhood" cerenomy the 3 brothers, sharing the sake from the same cup, and later the grandfleet does, you can type it in google and you will see the images

If Oda respected his own story he shouldnt introduce this trash Yonko thing if he was unable to handle them properly.

After the timeskip the story should had focus on the Navy & Blackbeard and it would be peak fiction but we had to spend almost a decade with filler bullshit and now there is no turning back.

Every new arc feels like shit.
