Katey Sagal is straight up the only person I knew beforehand. Married with Children was a classic sitcom in the 80s/90s. Then she did 8 Simple Rules with John Ritter and Kaley Cuoco (Penny from Big Bang Theory), and also ended up playing Penny's mother in Big Bang Theory.

Most OP fans will probably recognize her as Leela's voice from Futurama.
