So basically I decided to neighbor chat Ripped this DP since he was in PoE and wanted to resolve him. After I made a chat with him, he was frozen and didn't post anything for almost entire of the first day. Then he comes to the NC and tell me that I am cheating and I should not DM him. I told him that it's fine and we can talk and you can cooperate with me. He stated that he does not trust me because he thinks flower is scum reading him. He goes to the thread and flower tells him that i am good. He refused to cooperate, and then told me to fuck off basically.

Then after like few hours he comes to the thread and tells me that he is Neighbor chat immune. I told him that's not possible and you are probably lying or been role crushed and why is he outing such information now and not earlier when I NC'ed you? obviously he had no answer and then after some time fuji closed our neighbor chat and told me that it was not supposed to happen. So Ripped being immune to Neighbor chat is legit I guess and fuji made a mistake.
