Most talked about Sanji Admiral Matchup is Kizaru. And since Kizaru killed Vegapunk and fought against Luffy, he won't be a determined to fight against Straw Hats.

So Let's Look at Other Admirals.

Former Admiral Kuzan: He is the strongest BBP Commander. Sanji ain't gonna fight the second strongest. Also Kuzan is contender for One Piece. People likes Sanji won't defeat someone too imporant.
Akainu: Obv he is Luffy's enemy. Also Akainu negs EoS Sanji.
Fujitora: Battle styles does not match. Also he isn't fighting against Straw Hats.
Aramaki: Aramaki is swordsman so he is no job for fighting against Sanji. Yeah Aramaki didn't show any swordsmanship feat but Original Movie Aramaki is Master Swordsman that no one has ever seen his sword skills before. No reason to give Sword just for fancy.

So their only hopes are left is Gorosei Matchup. And Sanji Fans will says "Who cares Admiral when Gorosei are stronger" No, Just no. Gorosei are just immortal YC+ (Even Some YCs got better feats)

Sanji's EoS Matchups are BBP Commander (Which weaker than YC1s) and maybe low-mid Holy Knight?

He isn't Luffy or Zoro. He won't get fight someone like Imu or Mihawk.

All I will say is that if anything this chapter solidified that kizaru is not leaving the marines, that was the whole point of him this arc, that his resolve even supercedes of the likes of kuzan in ohara

Infact together with the marine hunting plot kizaru will be more pivotal than ever in the future arc as their rank will thin

Because there is no top tier without Haki expertise or Over powered Devil fruit. Sanji has neither of them.
