So many peoples says that silhoutte man in the Elbaf is Gaban. But he is clearly not important as Rayleigh or Oden. No hype moments in Roger Flashbacks. Only known as Navigator. Even Old Rayleigh isn't strong as Admiral, What Old Gaban can do significant in the series? Even in his prime i don't think he is strong as Top Tiers. At best he is lowest top tier but i think he is Katakuri level in his prime.

Oda doesn't care third strongest guy in the crews. Captain and Vice Captain are matters.

No, at that point in the story we didn´t know much about Roger, the One Piece or the void century, so he was more mysterious and cool. Now we know a little bit and know characters who know more so it´s not going to be interesting anymore

Gaban was a member of the Roger Pirates. He's the guy with sunglasses and long, dark hair, with two hatchets.

Also there is a theme name with Gold -> Silver -> Copper.

my man had barely 2 panels in Oden's flahback if he had to make an appearance again i feel Oda would've had some extra panels with him to rise some more interest in his character so i find it hard to believe it's him tbh.....he could be hype but come on how can he possibly match:
