Yes, as I have *already* explained. If Town is lynched it's regular. If scum is lynched *or killed* it becomes super. The hosts told me that if the rails were off, the latter would allow me to use it Day or Night, but otherwise it's night only. Hence the need for amps.

The wording is if a non-town player is lynched or killed. So I was hit with a downgrade or Mango downgraded my kill on him from his side. I've asked Fuji/Prof to correct it if there's a mistake.
