Remember chapter 1092? Lucci fingered Stussy when she defended VP. In that moment Lucci believed she died. Then Lucci and Zoro went to another place to fight. So he being in another place means that he didnt see she recovering from the attack. So when Kaku found Lucci (after Stussy and he say goodbye to each other), Lucci likely asked if Stussy died and Kaku lied to him. So in this chapter Lucci was being honest when he said he killed Stussy. But simply because he doesnt know she is alive

As I said before to you and as I commented many times before that: I am expecting Kizaru to move and go after the SHP/Vegapunk. And while the SHPs are in the vicinity of the island, the Satellites are in direct reach for the WG and Kizaru. And look - only Lucci is there to stop anyone from reaching them. Let's see, how that plays out.
