6 months is a vague timeline that I felt would be long enough for Flower to rethink her attitude towards games. I am opening to shortening it, but only if I can trust that this is actually going to happen. So I'm not going to commit to that on the basis that she will, IMO she needs to actually show it because almost every game here results in something like this.

@Flower In the interests of parlay, I'll reach out in about 3 months or so and see how you're getting on with it. That's not a guarantee it will be shortened, but I would like to see some sort of plan here that you can employ to prevent having outbursts over perceived slights. As of now, 6 months stands.

You've to take hard decisions ik, but Half an year is too much Ratchet.

Even if you feel a ban is absolutely necessary, shouldn't it start with one month first, then increase it if they don't listen?

This is most certainly the direction to take imo bc if gives a punishment and allows for reflection, growth, change and improvement and then let's the person back and if nothing changes you can go more serious.

I mean personally I wouldn't ban her bc I don't feel she did anything over the top or too negative to warrant a harsh punishment (at least not unless you have some others join her).

But maybe I'm not following the whole situation properly though or missed something
