I personally don't think it is bad thing, i've had games where i put my heart and soul into a role and it went RNG to a player that just didn't know what to do with it and game got absolutely derailed and it was horrible experience
So i started giving most complex roles to people i know are good and can understand mechanics behind it, and it always, in every single game after i started doing that it was just better experience
Like Red Night had a role that would be massive boost to us and yet he couldn't sell it, same as Melkor and Ariess
