I don't expect Usopp to do anything major before Luffy finds the OP.
He got a skill upgrade in DR.
He will get a weapon upgrade in Elbaf.
He will sit on his ass and be scared until Luffy becomes PK.
Then he'll have his moment of bravery by showing the SHs allies that even the most coward of mfs can stand up to the WG/IMU in the final war.
Then he'll go back to be a coward for the rest of the epilogue.

It’s more so he psychologically tortures Bartolommeo after Bartolommeo gave up and then he tries to kill Kid and Bartolommeo AFTER THEY GAVE UP

Remember that last part, he tries to kill them AFTER THEY SURRENDERED

Robin was always more relevant story wise but Daz was always stronger.
If relevance panel was made in Alabasta arc, Robin would get one panel while Daz wouldn't
And still doesn't change the fact that Daz > Robin

tbf, I think even Alabasta Robin is hax enough to stop Daz from a distance. She doesn't have to be stronger than him to defeat him.

Kuzan is included in the final 12 spread even tho BB is also in there.

It's clear that he's undercover.

So your insane copium of the Janitor being above Kuzan ain't happening.
