My guess Oda cleverly played it seems crew have arrived Elbaf , I am certain Luffy pissed off God of Elbaf due to dispute within Giant and gets captured .

Loki fell in love with Nami makes sense .

So it looks like the job to rescue them is upto rest of the crew Robin , Franky , Brook and Jinbei .

Also interesting cover story Oda is up about Wano and mystery disappearance and Yamato finding out . Looks like there are new intruders in wano .
