Similar to appearence,goal and history little is known what imu is capable of but ancient weapons are a big factor like shown
What is your guess on fighting and power?

Pretty sure he can fight.
Haki was used by gorosei so that's a yes too.

I think Imu will have a lot of power, but since Oda like subverting expectations, Imu might not be a great fighter, just someone with overwhelming power.

if Obsession = Will, it would explain him having a monstrous Haki, even if he is not a real fighter + whatever fruit powers he has.
