His bounty is just barely abice 4B. Even his next bounty won't be above 4.6B if he gets one

The fact elbaf also started means, we will see new bounties only after elbaf ends which means Teach and Luffy will surpass Shanks bounty only after thus new arc

Buggy is the King (the OPM character) of OP; Oda Is going to hype him to the stars part as a gag and part as a serious plot device. For example, Buggy surpassing Shanks' bounty Is set in stone imho.

He Is going to have Weevil and maybe some other and he's going to do something big.

Not to mento Sengoku has foreshadowed the marine trying to crush CG.

Bounties aren’t really power levels, but inverse what characters think is most effect for eliminating the threat of those criminals. Pirate captains get higher bounties because the assumption is without the captain, most crews will disband. Kaidou having 3Bil higher than King.

The same logic probably won’t be applied to the Marines since killing Akainu wouldn’t actually end the organization, because another Admiral would be elected FA. The FA isn’t the real leader, they work under Kong, who works under the Gorosei, HK, and IMU. The gap probably won’t be as big between Akainu and the other Admirals. I could see 3.5-4Bil, but not 5bil.

5bil+ will be saved for Kong, Gorosei, or HK leader if we ever see CG place bounties on them.
