Probably wont find out for a whole but if I had to guess:

- Burned Scar Man still makes the most sense to me from a story progression pov
- Some Rocks related villain
- Some original villain like a Lunarian or Giant that lives on Elbaf. I dont really want this but if they are interesting or drive OP lore to itse endgame then Im okay with it.

The Yonko dont really work here, and neither does Akainu/WG stuff at this point.
