The Zoro/Kaku comparison doesn't work in your favor.

In the Zoro/Sanji case: Sanji used his max attack, while Zoro had a lot of strength to spare. Tatsumaki may as well was even stronger than Sanji's IJ.

In the Zoro/Kaku case: may as well had been the same. Kaku is the best swordsman of Cipher Ppl, including Rankyaku. His nameless Rankyaku could've cut through the Sunny, and he used a named move against the Seraphim which may as well be (one of) his strongest moves, while Zoro yet again had a lot of strength to spare.
