Not really.. Is Elephant Gun on par with Sanji's Diable Jambe Grill Shot or Diable Jambe Crosse Strike, or neither..
It doesn't mean because they are side by side, that it's of equal value..
While we're at it, do you realize that Zoro can't execute Black Rope Dragon Twister without at least Hardening his Blades.. The reason he could do it without hardening his Blades in Fishman Island was due to Shusui.. Black Rope Dragon Twister is a pretty high Zoro level technique.. Higher than when he one shot Killer with Rengoku Onigiri..

One more hard truth for Sanji fans to accept.
Infrit Jambe is absolute peak of Sanji, it has the ever wanked Blue flames (Zoro showed in Thriller Bark btw) that Sanji fans can't stop talking about.
Yet Infrit Jambe landed on lion and he isn't even finished for good, he just went out of lion form to cat form so we know Sanji has nothing in his arsenal to kill the cat.
To Zoro and Luffy that rule doesn't apply.
They still have Peak Gear 4th and Peak Santoryu attacks.
Then they still have Gear 4th and King of Hell.
They still have Conqueror's Haki.
The absolute bare bones portrayal is what Sanji got.
He is basically just as weakest as people imagined.
