-Chopper used as a cute mascot to sell merch

-Franky, Brook and Jinbei barely existing (because not enough gags to overuse for them)

Judgments cannot be made based on just a part; the fact that it has not happened in those parts yet does not mean there isn't such a . Events reveal one's true character over time. We clearly saw that Sanji was a pervert after the time skip.

Are you excluding Punk Hazard and Return to Sabaody? Sorry, but the fact is that in Sabaody and Punk Hazard, he did harass those women.

I think the only weird thing he did in Return to Sabaody was sniff Perona (which is pretty creepy behavior but it's not the worst tbh). I can't defend him touching Nami's boobs while in her body though.
