After weeks of holding out on repaying his debts, I’ll leave it to the judge, but as the prosecution I would not be doing my duty if I didn’t push for him to pay a sort of interest on top of it due to the hassle he has caused.

how about this, my client will do double or triple the payment and he won't hide either but everyone got to give a bit more time

Hmmm we’ll need the courts ruling; however, I think a public apology thread as well as an acknowledgement that not only is Egghead truly over, but that Lucci will never join the crew is a minimum necessity.

Remember this is a criminal who’s already racked up 4 Years worth of Avatar debt, doubling this is a mere trifle as there’s no guarantee that he’ll be able to serve all 8 years.

Avi bets have become a staple of WorstGen culture, as such, there must be some form of punishment for those who refuse to comply to the deals. Otherwise, not living up to one’s bets may become a much more common problem here.

As a member of the community I must urge for the court to treat this case and Rambles as an example and showing that we as a community must honor our word and stand by our convictions when making these bets!

my client will do an apology thread if that's what everyone want, he just needs time to arrange things properly

my client was put under immense pressure by everyone he had to go into hiding but that doesn't mean he is a criminal

he never said he won't pay, he just wanted more time but everyone forced the poor guy into a corner and now here we are
