I don't have a clear top 5, but I'd like to know your opinion on who you think are the most degenerate notorious Mangakas out there.

Definitely Watsuki
The guy from Made in Abyss (Akihito Tsukushi)
Whoever wrote Seven Deadly Sins
And he's not a Mangaka but the guy that wrote Mushoku Tensei (Rifujin na Magonote)

Also, how does Oda scale in the degenerate scale? He's done questionable shit in the past but I still think he's one of the least perverted authors in his industry.

Act-Age writer (Shiro Uzasaki did all the drawings) Tatsuya Matsumoto should be up there, he got caught sexually assaulting middle school girls while his work was about to get a Anime and more popular. Also Kenya Suzuki got caught with the same shit as Watsuki while some unknown 2000s Mangaka called Taro Ichikura posted nudes of underage girls via TOR. Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro the Toriko Mangaka violated child prostitution laws (there's a long ongoing "tradition" called Enjo Kosai and Yakuza have been controlling prostitution in general for ages now) and got 2 years suspended senrence. There's bunch of other cases with in some cases name of Mangaka not publicly known and that's not even including the scumbag list within Anime industry.
