Well considering you had an actual commander in the Big Mom pirates worth only 600 million, I wouldn't put too much stock in the Tobi Roppo having exorbitantly high bounties.

In that case Flyers chances of having 600+ is lower than before.

Drake will have the lowest or P1 bounty... Below 420M
Ulti and Black Maria 400M-500M
Sasaki and WhoWho around 550-650M

I don't think Oda would give lost of non commanders higher bounty than Ace/Snack

Oda's bounties are absolute garbage (and just a hype tool). I don't care what excuses you make, you don't give Queen 1.3 billion and Don Chinjao 540 million. Prime Garp that took down Rox is not going to train ahead of time to beat Queen, some who who got one shot without BM even using Haki.

But now, people got desensitized to "1 billion", so he needs to raise it even more to "1.3 billion" to make it interesting. They're like a low iq version of power scaling, except power scaling make sense. Bounties are just fake hype.

When getting to Kaido and Orochi, he was able to defeat many Beasts Pirate members while holding Momo with just one hand and not getting injured once by any of the Beasts Pirates.

Kanjuro is the weakest Scabbard...

The only reason King and Queen are 300M + over Kata is because Kaido has 300M+over BM and they are crazier, Kata isn't known for destroying countries or torturing people
The only reason Jack has 300M+ over Pero and Snack is the same reason.

In reality Jack is just tiny above Pero
Cracker is above Queen since brute fighters with average haki and speed can't even dream of beating Cracker.
