The giant who roleplay the Sun god being far larger than a giant according to Redon....... would this just be another inconsistent size drawn by Oda again, character appears much larger than it was supposed to be depending on context and the panel. Could be just normal size of Elbaf Giant like every others

But would be interesting if Elbaf giants also vary in size and there's different race among them like this Sun God is actually almost twice the size of Dorry/Brogy.
Since as of right now Elbaf giants we've seen are close to each other and no such huge size difference among them.
